By signing up for a free trial of the Developer plan, you are able to use the full power of Augment for 14 days without allowing AI training on your data.

What is a user message?

A user message is a message that is sent to the Agent, in instruct, or in chat and was successfully processed.

Are User Messages Pooled?

Accepted Answer

Yes. User messages are pooled at the team level. This means 1 user on a team of 10 can use 90% of the team's messages.

What happens if I runs out of user messages during the trial?

you can continue to use the other unlimited features for the remainder of the period. If you want to use more Agent or Chat, you need to purchase a plan. This change is immediate.

What happens at the end of the trial?

You have several options when your trial ends. You can choose to: 1. Upgrade to our a paid plan 2. Switch to our free Community plan 3. Simply stop using the extension. Rest assured that your data privacy is protected. We won't use any of your data to train our models unless you specifically choose to move to the Community plan. If you decide Augment isn't for you, you can simply stop using the extension and your data will remain private.

Do you train on my data during the trial period?

No - your data remains completely private during your trial. During your trial, you get all Developer plan benefits, which includes keeping your data private with no AI training. When your trial ends, you can: 1. Continue with the paid plan to maintain data privacy 2. Switch to our free Community plan, which allows AI training with your data. We'll never use your data for training unless you give us explicit permission by choosing the Community plan.

Do you train on my data on a paid plan?

Accepted Answer

No. Developer and Enterprise plans exclude any AI training on your data as part of our Enterprise Terms of Service.

Why do you train on my data on the community plan?

Accepted Answer

We're able to offer a free community plan because your real world usage and data help us make our AI models even better. Think of it as a win-win where you get the most accurate developer AI while helping us improve! If you prefer to not have your data used in training, check out our paid plans.
