Lispr is a free macOS voice dictation and translation tool that lets you hold a key, speak, and have your words typed instantly into any app, with optional real-time translation into 32 languages. No account or sign-up required, and audio is discarded after transcription.

- Download and install Lispr on macOS 11+ (Apple Silicon or Intel).
- Grant microphone and accessibility permissions when prompted.
- Hold the right Option key to start dictation in your language.
- To translate, press an additional key while speaking to select the target language.
- Release the key(s) — text appears instantly at the cursor in any app.
- Optionally add custom vocabulary in Settings for specialized terms.
