What services are available for each plan?

You can select and sign up for Dooray!'s main services (project, mail, workflow service) you want to use. You can choose one of the Free, Basic, Business, and Enterprise plans depending on capacity and detailed functions. You can use messenger and video conferencing services no matter which service and plan you choose.

What is the free trial?

You can try all Dooray! services for free for 30 days without limit on the number of members. If you want to continue using it after the free trial, you can sign up for the product.

How can I apply if I want to continue using Dooray!?

At any time during the free trial period, you can sign up for Product Registration on the banner at the top of the Admin management screen. You can also sign up for the product through the Product Registration button in the advance notice email sent on the same day as before.

Is there any plan that can be used for free after the free trial ends?

For general companies or organizations with 25 or fewer users, you can continue to use it for free when you sign up for the Free plan. If you need more than 26 people or need more capacity and features, you can always upgrade to a paid plan, Basic or higher.

What are the billing standards?

The billing criteria are determined based on the type of plan. Monthly Plan: Billing is based on the actual number of members used by customers on a monthly basis, calculated and invoiced at the beginning of the following month. Annual Plan: Billing is based on the maximum number of members set by customers, with the annual fee paid upfront upon product subscription.

The annual plan is provided at a discounted price compared to the monthly plan by making a one-year contract and paying in advance. The monthly plan is a plan that pays monthly for the number of members used.
