How do credits work ?

Credits are the currency you use to generate AI images. Every new account gets 100 free credits to start — no credit card required. Page generations cost 50 credits each while character generations are free to start with (up to 5 characters per comic) and then cost 10 credits each

Will my characters look consistent across pages ?

ComicInk uses your character definitions and reference images to keep characters looking as consistent as possible. You define each character once — their appearance, personality, and style — and the AI does its best to maintain that look across pages and panels. That said, AI image generation is inherently unpredictable, so some variation is possible.

What if AI generates an image with error ?

AI-generated images aren't always perfect — you might see duplicate characters, jumbled text, or other glitches. That's why every page gets up to 2 free fixes. Just click "Fix Errors," describe what needs to change, and the AI will regenerate the page with your corrections at no credit cost. After your 2 free fixes, additional regenerations use credits as usual.

What art styles are available ?

ComicInk supports 12 art styles: American Comics, Manga, Manhwa, European BD, Cartoon, Realistic, Noir, Watercolor, Digital Art, Vintage/Retro, Chibi, and Pixel Art. You choose your style when creating a series, and all generated artwork follows that visual direction.

Can I sell my comics ?

Absolutely. Every creator can set up their own Creator Store with custom branding, then price and sell individual issues. You earn 70% of every sale, paid directly to your bank account through Stripe. You can also publish comics for free in the public gallery to build an audience.

Can I collaborate with others ?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can invite collaborators by email to work on your comics together. Once they accept the invite, they can contribute to the shared comic right from their own dashboard.
