We use AI to provide certain features such as interview summarizations, insights for talent leaders, and job description creation and analysis. Our Platform does not replace human judgment; its output is part of multiple factors hiring managers use in hiring decisions; and BrightHire does not use AI to evaluate videos. We are compliant with applicable laws in the US and the EU.
