Diffsmith
Diffsmith is a fast, native macOS app for reviewing local git changes made by AI coding agents like Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, and Copilot. It allows you to leave inline comments on uncommitted diffs and hand those notes back to the agent as a prompt or via a local MCP server.

- Copy your comments as an AI-ready prompt and paste them into your agent, or switch on the local MCP server for direct agent replies.
- Use the sidebar to navigate all comments and mark hunks or files as read to collapse them.
- Review changes in real-time as files update on disk, and open multiple repositories simultaneously.
